Shipping and delivery

In the shopping cart, you can determine the logistics. Are all the products you want to order available in our grab warehouse? Then we are able to process your package until 21:00. Do you have a product that comes from our bulk warehouse? Then we will process it the next business day. Do you have products from both the grab and bulk warehouse? Then you have the choice of having the order delivered all at once, or moving part of your order to the wish list. These options are all clearly indicated in the shopping cart.

Package
By default, we pack your order in boxes (packages). A package will be filled to a maximum of 20kg. Should your package be heavier, we will create an additional package. Our parcel services cover almost all of Europe. Of course you will receive a track&trace code of every package we send, so you can always follow the shipment.

Every evening (except Saturdays) the packages are picked up by our partners. Our parcel partners will do their utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. In the Netherlands & Belgium this will usually be the next day and within 2-3 days in the rest of Europe.

Free delivery
In most cases we deliver free of charge. If this is not the case, you pay a small order fee.
